1. About QuantAdvisor

QuantAdvisor is a software platform that uses artificial intelligence and quantitative methods to generate portfolio analysis, stock ratings, and market commentary. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

QuantAdvisor is an analysis tool, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer. All scores, ratings, stock picks, and commentary are generated by automated models for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Markets involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Analysis is generated by AI models and third-party market data feeds. It may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and past performance never guarantees future results. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Some features are part of the paid Pro plan, billed as a subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your Profile page — your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Prices are shown in USD and may change; any change applies from your next billing cycle after notice. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us through the Contact link in the footer and we will investigate and correct any error. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, scraping at scale, or using the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantAdvisor and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
